1. How to apply for registration in any course?
Ans- You have to do the registration either online through the website or visit the institution in person by paying Rs. 500/-. If you wish to register online through the website then click on this link below and pay Rs. 500/-. You will get a call letter the next day on your email ID.

2. What will be the next step after the registration is done in any course?
Ans- After your successful registration in any course, you will get a call letter and the last date to deposit the 1st-semester fee.
3. Where can I find the course fee details?
Ans- You can visit the institute’s website and see the general information or WhatsApp us on our registered mobile number and we will provide you the link.

4. If I passed 10th standard then what courses can I apply for?
Ans- You can apply for any one of the three courses i.e., Physiotherapy Technician, Health Sanitary Inspector, or Dental Laboratory Technician.
5. If I passed 10th standard then can I apply for Radiology Technician Course?
Ans- No, you cannot apply for Radiology Technician course as the minimum eligibility for this is 12th passed from science stream (mandatory).
6. Does the institute have its in-house hostel or PG facility?
Ans- The institute does not have its in-house hostel facility but there are many private hostels and private PGs available near our institute. PG/ hostel charges will depend upon facilities and sharing basis.
7. How will I give my documents to the institute if I have taken the admission online through the website?
Ans- After registration process, you have to send the required documents to admin@nitcindia.com for verification.
8. What will be the examination pattern for one-year courses?
Ans- The 1st-semester examination will be internals held on the institute’s premises. In contrast, the 2nd-semester examination will be externals which will be computer-based (CBT) and conducted in the centres allotted by the NCVT board in Delhi.
9. What will be the examination pattern for two-year courses?
Ans- The 1st-semester and 3rd-semester examinations will be internals held on the institute’s premises. In contrast, the 2nd-semester and 4th-semester examinations will be externals which will be computer-based (CBT) and conducted in the centres allotted by the NCVT board in Delhi.
10. Does the institute provide placements?
Ans- It is an educational institute and no one can give you a job guarantee. It is just that your chances of a job increase after doing these technical courses. We can assist from our side.
11. When can I contact the institute?
Ans- You can call us on our student helpdesk numbers between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM on Monday to Friday.
12. What will be the process after I have paid my 1st-semester fee for any course?
Ans- After successful payment of the 1st-semester fee, you need to send the screenshot of the payment to the institute’s WhatsApp number and then an admission confirmation letter with fee receipt will be sent to your email ID. Later we will add you to the official WhatsApp group a week before the commencement of the classes, where all the information will be posted.
13. Will I get any relaxation for the fee if I belong to any reserved category?
Ans- You can apply for the scholarship if you belong to the SC/ST/OBC category only, as it is provided by the state government. If your state government rules allow then only you can apply.
14. Will I get any fee relaxation (discount) at the time of admission based on my reserved category?
Ans- No, you can apply for scholarship only after taking admission in the course. Fee is reimbursed annually by the state government only. We can only attest your application form after verification (If all the documents are right & true).
15. How will I know when I can apply for the scholarship?
Ans- Scholarships are notified by the concerned state or district welfare office in your state. We also inform students through the official WhatsApp groups when we get to know about them.
16. What documents will I need to apply for the scholarship?
Ans- Your Aadhar card, residence proof, caste certificate, income certificate, bank details, and educational qualifications.
17. What will happen if I do not pay my 1st-semester fee within the given date in the admission call letter?
Ans- If you will not take admission then the next candidate in the queue will get the chance or if the seats will be available then you will be able to reregister again.
18. May I take admission if my 10th/12th standard result is still awaited?
Ans- Yes, students whose results are awaited can also apply, and in case the students fail, there will be a deduction of 20% from the admission fee and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
